I got the flu this winter even after getting a flu shot. It was a miserable experience. I finally got rid of that and then caught a cold. This got me to thinking, “Man, what is up with your immune system?!” It obviously wasn’t cutting it. So, I decided to do some research on how I could get it firing on cylinders.
I told a friend how sluggish I was feeling and didn’t want to head into spring and summer feeling this way. They recommended I check out Dr. David Williams’ website and said they’d been following his health advice for years. Right away I spotted articles on how to boost my immune system and more specifically on how to fight the flu. There were suggestions on what I should have been taking before hand that probably would’ve stopped me from getting it in the first place. I’ve never been much of a vitamin or supplement taker but I was willing to give them a shot. I am so glad I did.
I compiled a list of all the things about myself that were physically or mentally not quite up to my satisfaction and began searching his site for remedies. Bingo – I found them all and they all worked. I was amazed. For my immune system, Vitamin D. For better memory, mood and focus, Zembrin. I had never heard of Zembrin but evidently it’s only recently become available in this country. I also have mild arthritis and Dr. Williams suggested I try Turmeric, which is an Indian spice and antioxidant. Finally, I got a bottle of full multi-vitamin/minerals capsules (using a coupon code that saved me a lot) that seem to help everything.
So, if you’re not feeling as good as you think you should, I suggest you do what I did: make a list of what’s wrong and find out what to take that could fix it. Sounds easy, and it is. You may be surprised that feeling better could very well be just a few mouse clicks away.
