It’s Vegas, baby, and Vegas.com has the inside scoop on everything going down on The Strip and beyond. More than a few questions come up when Las Vegas is in the picture (such as: Where are my pants?). Well, we can’t help you find your clothes, but we can help you find great deals. Here are some questions and answers that are a little more in our wheelhouse:
Why isn’t my Vegas.com promo code working?
First (and I have to ask this because it’s Vegas), have you been drinking? Alright, great! Sometimes promo codes don’t work because there are special restrictions that apply. For example, you might need to purchase a certain number of tickets to Olivia Newton-John or buy a Grand Canyon helicopter tour in addition to your items before you’re eligible to use your Vegas.com promo code. If there are no restrictions, check the promo’s expiration date.
How do I contact customer service?
Contacting Vegas.com’s customer service is easy. Call 1-800-983-4279 or go to the website to chat with a Vegas insider. Just click the link at the top of the page that says “Chat with a Vegas Insider.”
Vegas.com. Is that the official city website?
Vegas.com is NOT the official city website, so please do not try to pay your parking tickets there (unless you find a really great promo code, that is).
I found a lower price on my hotel. What are my options?
Vegas.com guarantees the lowest price on hotel rooms. If you find a lower price on the same booking within 24 hours of finalizing through Vegas.com, they will give you double the difference. Contact them at 1-877-861-4279.
I can’t find my hotel room. Where is it?
Uh oh. Can’t help you there, but if you’ve got an iPhone or Android phone, you can download the Vegas.com app. It should be able to help you find your way back to where you left your toothbrush.
Does Vegas.com have a physical location?
They certainly do. Vegas.com has box offices located up and down The Strip for your convenience. Pick up your tickets at any of their locations right in the heart of it all in Las Vegas.
