What is Bebe’s return policy for an order?
Bebe wants you to be totally satisfied with your order. So if your purchase doesn’t reach your expectations, you can send it back to the store within 21 days. Here are a couple things to note about returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, the returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all the tags in place, and you also need to fill out the “Reason for Return” on your packing slip before sending it back. If you no longer have your packing slip, you can print out another one from My Account at Bebe.com.
Can I exchange an item I ordered from Bebe.com?
Because of the high shopping volume at Bebe right now, they cannot process an exchange on an item. However, the fastest way to get the size or color that you want is to start a new order, and at the same time exchange the item you no longer need.
Does Bebe ship internationally?
They sure do. Once you’re in your shopping bag you can click the International Checkout link, which will open the International Checkout window. Copy and paste all your items to the International Checkout form, and then you can continue entering your payment information.
What is ClubBebe?

How can I check the status of my Bebe order?
If you’d like to check the status of your order, you can go to your confirmation email from Bebe or sign into your account. After you’ve logged in, click “Order History”, then “View Order” next to your order, and copy the tracking number. Open up a new page and go to UPS, and paste the tracking number in the Tracking Number box.
