Step 1: Search for Hotel on Travelocity.com

On the Travelocity website, click on the "Hotels" tab up at the top of the page.  This will open a search area for you.  Enter in your travel details such as where you are going, when you are going, and how many of you are travelling. Then click "Search." 

Step 2: Filter Through Hotel Search Results & Select Hotel

Filter through your Travelocity hotel search results by using the selector tool on the left side of the screen.  Click all of the amenities that you want your hotel to have, such as Non-Smoking and Fitness Center.  Once you have found the hotel you want to stay at, click "Select Hotel." 

Step 3: Select Room Type, Review Total Price & Book Now

Select the room type you want such as a king bed or 2 double beds.  Confirm the price is correct and then click "Book Now."

Step 4: Customize Your Trip

Add any tours, activities, dining options, etc. to your trip. Click "Dates & Times" to make sure it fits in your schedule. Then click "Continue." 

Step 5: Review Hotel Reservation

Review your Travelocity hotel reservation is correct.  Make sure the location is good for you, the check-in and check-out dates are correct, and of course the price is accurate.  If you have a Travelocity hotel promo code, this is the time to add it.  Put the promo code into the "Hotel Promotional Code" box and then click "Apply." 

If you are an existing customer, log in with your "Log-in Name" & "Password."  If you are not a member, click "Continue." 

Step 6: Add Contact Information

If you are not a Travelocity member, you will now add contact information such as the name of the person who will be checking in. Then click "Continue."

Step 7: Pay & Complete Reservation

One night I’m brushing my teeth when I hear my girlfriend Debbie yell out that we have an anniversary coming up, and do I want to go to Vegas. I say okay and that I’ll call my travel agent tomorrow. So we’re booked? “Uh huh.” Then I think that was too quick and we should have looked around for a better deal.
